Salesforce | NOV ‘21 - Current
As the Senior Manager of Experience Design, I lead and manage a talented team of
8 experienced designers. My approach is deeply user-centric, combining extensive
research, iterative testing, and strategic design thinking. By integrating AI capabilities,
I have driven projects that streamline workflows, enable real-time support, and facilitate
seamless collaboration, aligning with the company’s strategic goals and enhancing
overall user satisfaction. My present responsibility is to rebuild and enhance tools
for Sales Engineers (SEs) to create compelling and effective demos for our clients.
By fostering a collaborative and innovative environment, I ensure that our team
delivers high-quality designs that drive engagement and showcase the full potential
of our products. My role involves overseeing the entire design process, from ideation
to implementation, while continuously improving the user experience and aligning our
efforts with business goals.
Manager Experience Design
Target Corp | DEC ‘18 - NOV ‘21
As the leader of a team of 10 designers and researchers, I handled a diverse portfolio
of enterprise products, guiding the organization through a critical transformation from
retail to technology. I was responsible for ensuring deliverables, handling escalations,
and recruiting top talent. I have heightened the organization’s UX maturity by
advocating for research and user testing across cross-functional teams. By implementing
a design sprint plan, I have integrated research into the development process, reducing
iterations and enhancing user-centricity. Additionally, I devised an audit plan to identify and
address gaps in existing products, making them more valuable for end users.
Manager Experience Design
Microsoft | MAY ‘16 - OCT ‘18
As a leader of a geographically dispersed team of 5 designers, I successfully shipped
the MVP of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Talent, which has evolved into Dynamics 365
Human Resources. This innovative HR product streamlines the recruitment process
with smart features and seamless integration with LinkedIn and candidates. I managed
the key modules such as offer management, candidate experience, and referrals.
My role encompassed the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and analysis
to design, implementation, and testing. I defined design paradigms and interaction
patterns, shaped the product roadmap, and prioritized features. Additionally, I provided
mentorship and guidance to both my team and cross-functional members, fostering a
collaborative and high-performing environment.

Sapient Nitro | JUNE ‘14 - APRIL ‘16
As the leader of a team of 7-8 designers, I successfully delivered critical projects that
established Sapient’s strong presence in the Indian market, including corporate websites
for Taj Hotels, Ather Energy, and Godrej. I demonstrated design thought leadership as a core
member of the innovation labs, worked extensively on RFPs, POCs, and UX effort estimation. I conducted workshops with clients to define problem statements, scope projects, and plan
UX delivery, proposing solutions and approaches that ensured project success. Additionally,
I participated in client demos with the leadership team, showcasing our work and strategy.
